Palloma Carvalho, (center), began as a trainee in our Engineering for the Future Internship Program, Class of 2020. Within a year and half her career has stepped up to full time employee, integrating the Operating System and Metrics Team, as Projects Coordinator.

Together with Fernando Simões (left), Operating System & Metrics Director and Rodrigo Coriolano (right), her direct manager, Palloma looks forward to helping colleagues successfully achieve their goals as well as the projects.

Palloma Carvalho started her internship in our 2020 ENG4Future Program. She was attracted by the international experience the program entails as well as the diverse job rotation providing an comprehensive hands-on experience of all rigid plastic packaging production.

"The internship also provides a theoretical component, but it has the added value of practical application. We work hard but it is very satisfying to see our ideas, inputs and work translated into actual results."
